FAQs

When will items be restocked?

We will no longer being doing weekly restocks on our website. Instead, we will have continuous stock for you to order whenever you want!

We ask for you to please allow circa 48 hours (from the time your order is placed) for them to be baked and posted. Once they have been posted you will receive a confirmation email. 

Can I order different flavours?

Only what is on the website, is what is available to order. New flavours and limited addition flavours will be added from time to time so make sure to check back!

I'd like to place a large order/corporate order, shall I email?

Yes please! if you would like to order a large quantity of out items please email to discuss - cookiecrumblesbakery@outlook.com

What courier will be used?

We use Royal Mail 1st class to send out orders and charge £5. We also have the option of Royal Mail 24hr tracked for £7. (Our bakes are filled with A LOT of chocolate so are quite heavy) 

Do you offer local drop offs?

We do yes! We offer local drop offs to Barton-Under-Needwood and the surrounding areas. This option will be available at the check out if your postcode is eligible 

Where do you deliver to?

We are currently only delivering to UK mainland addresses

Can I change my address after I have placed an order?

Of course! Please email cookiecrumblesbakery@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order with your name and correct address you would like using

How do I store my baked goods once received?

Please store in an air tight container once received! Our bakes can also be frozen once received and eaten at a later date! 

Can I heat up my baked goods?

Yes! Microwave for 15-20 seconds or until optimum/preferred gooeyness is reached...they are also lovely served with ice cream!

Our baked goods can also be eaten as they are without being heated up! 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We do not offer returns due to the nature of the product. If you feel you require a refund please contact cookiescrumblesbakery@outlook.com to discuss

Do you cater to allergies & intolerances? 

Unfortunately we cannot cater to any allergies or intolerances at the moment. Please note all of our products may contain traces of the following 14 allergens - celerycereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggsfishlupinmilkmolluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustardpeanutssesamesoybeanssulphur dioxide and sulphites (if they are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
